What an incredible year 2018 turned out to be for our local real estate market. With a total of 447 sales, just 2 sales short when compared to 2017, we closed out this year very strong! Even though we had fewer sales in 2018 our median sales price increased significantly, with an 19% price increase for single family homes and townhomes, and a 20% price increase for condominiums.
As of January 4, 2019, there were a total of 161 properties for sale. Out of these, 109 represent single family homes and townhomes, and only 39 are condominiums. For homes and townhomes prices are ranging from $454,500 all the way to $75 Million. For condos, the prices range from $269,000 to $3,395,000.
