As of January 19th, there are 100 single family homes and townhomes on the market and only 41 condominiums. For homes and townhomes, prices are ranging from $595,000 to $75 Mill.
We finished 2017 strong, and so far, we are witnessing the same healthy real estate market trend in 2018. Just 19 days into the new year, and we are excited to announce that we already had 17 sales occur. Out of those 17 sales, 9 were single family homes and townhomes, with a median sales price of $1,050,000.
With a steady US GDP growth for the third straight quarter, surveys of manufacturers that are profoundly positive, and inflation that remains pleasantly subdued, we are about to witness another great year as far as our local real estate market goes!
